Graduates Report to Check-in: 5:30 pm
Arena Doors Open: 6:00 pm
Ceremony Begins: 6:30 pm
Ceremony Ends: Approx. 8:30 pm

This ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of undergraduate, graduate and doctorate students from the following programs: School of Community Resources and Development, School of Criminology and Criminal Justice, School of Public Affairs and School of Social Work.

Please note: All communication regarding ASU Commencement and other graduation ceremonies are communicated via ASU e-mail accounts.  It is your responsibility to check that account and familiarize yourself with the deadlines associated with all ASU ceremonies.



Where do I pick up tickets? Guest tickets are NOT required for fall or spring college convocation ceremonies.   RSVP is required for graduates that want to walk at either convocation ceremony.

What to wear / what can I bring? Visit the ASU Bookstore in person or click the banner below to order graduation materials online.

* CLEAR BAG POLICY *  To enhance public safety and make event venue access more efficient, ASU adopted a Clear Bag Policy for all graduation celebrations. Guests and Graduates may bring in one (1) clear bag no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" or a 1-gallon plastic storage bag. Guests and Graduates are limited to one clear bag per person, along with a small clutch or purse for privacy. Please refer to ASU's Clear Bag Policy Details for more information.

PHOTO IDENTIFICATION POLICY: All graduates must present photo identification at check-in in order to participate in the ceremony.  Acceptable forms of ID include: ASU student id, State issued driver's license or ID card, or military ID.  No other forms of ID will be accepted.
